+ What are the ingredients in the oil and balm?
- Our Beard Oil contains: Tea Tree Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamin E, Aloe and Orange Oil
- Our Beard balm contains: Yellow Beeswax, Shea Butter, Grape Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Cedarwood Oil, Vitamin E, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Lavender Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Rosemary Oil, Sweet Orange Oil
+ Should I use a balm or an oil?
That is entirely up to you! Both will condition and soften your beard hairs. Beard oil will do a better job of keeping your skin moisturized, while balm is better for styling your beard. You can use both, if you want to moisturize and style, or just one or the other depending on how you feel.
+ Argan and Jojoba Oil - what is the big deal?
Argan oil has become very popular in cosmetics because of its anti-aging and moisturizing properties. We use 100% natural Argan oil harvested in Morocco for our products.
Jojoba oil has been used for hundreds of years for the same reason - it is the closest thing in nature to 'sebum' which is what your body naturally produces to protect your skin. It is absorbed in your beard follicles and conditions and strengthens your hair to avoid splits and breaks.
+ How do I use beard oil?
Our bottles come complete with a handy-dandy dropper - just drip a small amount of oil into your hands (how much depends on how large a beard you carry), rub your hands together and massage the oil into your beard and skin. Use the provided bamboo comb to help spread the oil evenly throughout your mane.
+ How do I apply beard balm?
Scrape a small amount (depending on your beard size and how much hold you want) with the back of a fingernail. Spread the balm on your fingers, and rub them together to soften the balm. Run your fingers through/over your beard. Use the bamboo comb or boar bristle brush provided to shape and tame that crazy face bush!
+ What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. PayPal handles all transactions, but you do not have to have an account there. Simply choose "Pay with PayPal" at the checkout, then choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and you can continue without using a PayPal account.
+ What is PayPal and why can't I choose a different payment method?
We use PayPal as a payment platform because it is safe and secure. You do NOT have to have an account at PayPal to purchase from us. After you select "Pay by PayPal" simply choose "Pay by Debit or Credit Card" to continue to checkout with your card, without using a PayPal account.
+ Do you ship to XYZ Country?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada only.
+ What are my shipping options?
- Standard Shipping (no tracking) - usually 3 to 5 business days, you do not get a tracking number.
- Standard Shipping (tracked) - again, 3 to 5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number.
- Standard Shipping - usually 3 to 5 business days, you will receive a tracking number
- 2 Day Express - expedited 2 business day service, you will receive a tracking number.
Remember that your order may not ship for 1-2 days depending on how busy we are at the time, the shipping times quoted are time in transit when the order is actually shipped. If you are in a super hurry make sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make an extra effort for you, because you are a special snowflake!
+ When will my order ship?
Orders ship between one and two days after purchase. Please note that some holidays (like Christmas, and International Beard Day) may delay your order.
+ How do I know when my order will arrive?
If you select a tracked method of shipping, when we send your order out you will receive an email with tracking, and an estimated delivery date, based on your choice of shipping method at checkout.
+ Oops - I messed up my shipping info - help?
Email us at email@example.com NOW with your order number, and your new shipping address. If we have not sent it yet we can fix it - but if it has been sent already, well, time to make a new friend (or lurk in the bushes on the day it is due...)
+ Returns and Refunds
We cannot accept returns and issue refunds for opened products, due to health and safety issues. Unopened products can be returned for a refund, less the cost of shipping. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back for a return authorization number.
